The Space The home is 650 square feet. One level – no steps – features an enclosed and private patio with independent exit. Italian limestone throughout with wooden vigas on high ceilings. Walk-in large stone shower with rain showerhead. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washer/dryer, ice maker. All appliances are brand new!
Guest Access The entire home and private patio + 1 car parking spot. Please park at 121 Lorenzo Rd without blocking my blue Toyota. Pls let me know if you need two parking spots.
Other Things to Note Fast WiFi *cell Phone can be spotty Better to call using WhatsApp, FaceTime etc. Verizon cell service works best.
The patio is fenced in and safe for your pet. Pls let us know if you are traveling with a pet as we do charge a fee per pet. With a minimum of $150 per stay. If we find pet prints on furniture and rugs there is an extra $120 charge for cleaning.
Lots of trails walking distance from the home ( Camino Pequeno, Dale ball trail) if you want to walk down to the art and restaurants of East Alameda/Canyon Rd. Just walk down Lorenzo Rd. going straight ( find the secret path ) to east Alameda. Do not take Cerro Gordo Rd as there is no walking pavement on that road
The adobe home stays cool as surrounded by tall trees . The adobe bedroom walls have great insulation, darkening curtains and a large ceiling fan.We provide an AC portable unit if needed.
